By accessing or using Smartly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age, a tax resident of Singapore, and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Smartly.
Smartly provides automated investment advisory services, including portfolio construction, rebalancing, and reporting. We do not provide personalised financial planning or tax advice.
Fees are disclosed on our pricing page and may be amended with 30 days' notice. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes.
All investments carry risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Smartly makes no representation regarding investment returns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartly's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
